Repairs, Returns and Exchanges
As your items are all handmade, we understand there may be some imperfections or even wear and tear. We want you to enjoy your Beach Blingz for years to come! If the item was purchased at a retail store, please reach out to the store and we will work directly with them. If the item was purchased directly from us we are happy to work with you by submitting a request here.
We will be happy to repair an item within the first 30 days of purchase free of charge. If it's been more than 30 days since you purchased it we will assess the cost on an individual basis with a repair charge starting at $10/item.
If something you purchased simply didn't work out, please let us know. We will honor your return with a full refund (less shipping) within the first 15 days from when you received the item, provided the product to be returned is in as-sold condition.

Beach Blingz offers size exchanges on the original style(s) purchased within 30 days from when the item was received to initiate an exchange. If you would like to purchase a different style than your original purchase, please reach out to us at email@example.com.
To initiate an exchange, please click here.Your exchange will automatically be placed in our system and we will send you a return label to send the item back. You will receive a new order confirmation email and shipping updates as soon as the package arrives to our location and a new shipping confirmation will be sent once the exchange ships. Shipping for exchanges are complimentary if the items are a minimum of $100. If the exchange is less than $100 a shipping fee will apply to return and send the new item back.
